Architecture & Landscape Committee

The goals of the Architecture & Landscape Committee include working with homeowners for the approval of changes to the external design, enhancements, and upgrade of homes and landscaping.

Architectural and landscape criteria include restrictions, standards and guidelines are adopted and published by the Architecture and Landscape Committee from time to time, for all individual lots and homes.

 

This Committee also advises the Board on landscape matters relating to neighborhood and community common lands.

The committee is appointed by the Board and is chaired by Kathy Bondur. All members are volunteer homeowners. Due to COVID-19, meetings are being held virtually via Zoom on Fridays at 10:00am to consider homeowner's requests and applications.
